[The Glory Unveiled]
For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring. [ Acts 17:28 KJV ]
The Lord Jesus is the outward revelation of the invisible Father to us. He does not merely show us who the Father is; He is the very manifestation of the Father made visible. Yet Jesus is more than a revelation to behold—He is a place to enter, a reality to dwell in, a destination into which men must journey. Jesus is a civilization. He is an ecosystem of divine life where we live, move, and have our being. And every ecosystem carries its own order, structure, culture, boundaries, and identity. In the same way, Christ has boundaries that define those who truly belong to Him. Boundaries reveal identity. Structure establishes order. We cannot claim to dwell in Christ while resisting the boundaries that define life in Him. To be in Jesus is not mere association; it is transformation. It is to come under His order, submit to His Spirit, and bear His nature. Our existence is found in Him because He stood in our place under judgement. He died the death we deserved so that in Him we might possess life. Outside of Christ, man is spiritually void. Without Him, we do not truly live, neither can we move as God intended. Every step outside Jesus is movement without life. When a man journeys into God and arrives at the place called Jesus, he finds life, movement, identity, and being. For Christ is not only the doorway into God—He is the environment of God Himself. The letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. Outside Christ there is only law, instruction, and commandments that expose the deadness of fallen man. But the Spirit of Christ becomes both our life and our boundary. He does not merely command righteousness; He produces it within us. Without the Spirit of Christ, we remain dead even while hearing divine instructions. The law can diagnose death, but only Jesus imparts life. So the question is not whether you know about Jesus. The question is: have you arrived at the place called Jesus?
